the Fair Trade Sale this past weekend! Our partners from CEPROSI in Nicaragua

“OUR LIGHTS SHONE BRIGHTLY” over this year’s St. Augustine
Benefit Dinner!!! So many hands worked together to gift St. Augustine Center
with $41,609.78!! This generous amount will help support its many

monetary donation, purchasing raffle tickets, auction items, program ads,
dinner tickets, mystery bags, or putting together a basket for us or offering a
service, item, or condo, many lights shone brightly!! We certainly
appreciate your support and heaps of loving gratitude are extended to all!!!

Some Back Story
Left a message for a key pastoral staff member, who knows me well since I often worship here; return call in two hours. "We are having a staff meeting this evening. Are you open to Noel parish members?" Yes "Who will be the contact person." I will be.
Next morning. "You got it. We want you in our bulletin." No drop in's; they have to preregister with me. "No problem. You can continue to meet as long as you want even if no one from the parish ever joins!"
Happy St. Cecilia feast day to all involved in music ministry! Two babies who were born to fami!y members this year arre named Cecilia. I thought it was a good choice.
ReplyDeleteGood Lord! Not a pair of leotards in sight!!!!
ReplyDeleteIf I remember correctly the pastor likes to dance. Never seen him dance. But he might use leotards!
